This easy stir fry sauce recipe is refined sugar-free, soy-free and easy to adapt to make paleo or keto. A healthy stir fry sauce!

Ingredients

  • 1 large clove garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh ginger peeled and minced
  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar or sugar-free sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos or liquid aminos
  • 1/4 cup broth chicken or beef
  • 1 Tbsp sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp fish sauce optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth! Use immediately or store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
