Maple Cinnamon Roasted Delicata Squash is a flavorful, healthy side dish perfect for dinner any night of the week

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Trim the tip and tail off of the delicata squash, then slice it open lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the innards, then cut the squash into ¼ to ½-inch thick slices. Lay delicata slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with avocado oil and sea salt. Use your hands to toss everything together until it is well-coated in oil. Bake on the center rack of the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Flip the squash, then roast another 10 to 15 minutes, until golden-brown and cooked through.
Transfer squash to a serving bowl or plate and drizzle with pure maple syrup, sprinkle with cinnamon and sea salt more sea salt to taste. Serve and enjoy!
