Easy crispy, tender Air Fryer Pork Chops and green beans is a simple, amazing go-to weeknight meal.

Cook the Pork Chops:
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
Pat both sides of the pork chops with a paper towel to absorb any excess moisture.
Coat the pork chops in avocado oil (or cooking oil of choice), then sprinkle liberally with sea salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place the pork chops in the air fryer, ideally such that they are not touching (no huge deal if they are. Just be sure they aren’t overlapping).
Air fry at 400 degrees for 6 minutes, flip, then air fry for an additional 6 minutes or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 150 degrees F. Note: if you’re using boneless pork chops, air fry at 400 for 10 minutes).
Immediately remove the pork chops from the air fryer and set them on a plate to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Make the Green Beans:
If you’re making green beans to go along with the pork chops, here’s what you do!
Chop the ends off of the green beans, then toss them in a bowl with avocado oil (or cooking oil of choice), sea salt, and garlic powder.
Air fry green beans at 400 degrees F for 5 to 10 minutes (depending on your preference). I find 6 to 7 minutes to be perfect for me, where the green beans have softened and are beginning to turn golden-brown but are still al dente.
