Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette

Use this delicious creamy balsamic vinaigrette on a large salad when serving guests, or double/triple the recipe to have salad dressing on hand for all your delicious salads. Use it on any green salad or even pasta salad!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil*
  • cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 large clove garlic peeled and minced
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Herbs de Provence or Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp sea salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Use immediately on your favorite salads or as a marinade, or store balsamic vinaigrette in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. I find a mason jar works great for storing dressings, as do Wreck jars.
  • If the dressing has been sitting in the refrigerator for a while and is chilled, give it a good shake or stir before using it.

Notes

*You can also use avocado oil
