Blueberry Adaptogen Smoothie

A delicious superfood smoothie with adaptogens gives you Vitamins and a stress-busting, hormone-balancing tasty beverage.

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 ripe banana peeled and frozen
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plain yogurt*
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond butter or cashew butter
  • 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp hemp protein powder**

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

*I use dairy-free yogurt, but you can use any yogurt you'd like
**Use your favorite protein powder
