Blue Smoothie Bowl

A tropical blue smoothie bowl with blue pea flower powder and mango.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ripe bananas peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup fresh mango frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 2 to 3 tsp blue spirulina powder or blue pea flower powder
  • 1/2 cup ice

Smoothie Bowl Toppings:

  • 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Paleo Muesli
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mango peeled and chopped

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients for the smoothie bowl to a blender and blend until smooth. If needed, add more almond milk to make smoothie thinner, or add ice to make smoothie thicker.
  • Pour blue smoothie into a bowl and top with paleo muesli and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
