SESAME GARLIC SHEET PAN CHICKEN

Mix the marinade ingredients together in a measuring cup then transfer the raw chicken thighs and marinade to a zip lock bag. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Transfer the chopped vegetables to a baking sheet and drizzle them with avocado oil and sea salt.

Toss the vegetables until they're well-coated with oil and seasoning and spread them into an even layer.

Place the marinated chicken thighs on the sheet pan with the veggies. Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes.
