PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATMEAL

Mix all of the wet ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until well-combined.

Add in the oats and chia seeds (dry ingredients) and mix until combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours)

Occasionally stir the oats if possible to allow for even liquid absorption. In the morning, give the overnight oats a big stir.

Transfer the oatmeal to individual jars along with any toppings like fresh fruit. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
