Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl, then add in the rest of the wet ingredients. Mix well to combine.

Transfer the oats to a blender and blend until a flour forms. Add in the rest of the dry ingredients and blend until combined.

Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix well.

Bake in a loaf pan at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes.
