Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans.

Transfer all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips to a food processor. Process until a thick dough forms.

Add in the chocolate chips and stir them into the dough.

Form cookie shapes out of the dough and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes.
