ORANGE GINGER CRANBERRY SAUCE

Add all of the ingredients for the cranberry sauce to a saucepan and give everything a big stir.

Cover the pot and bring it to a full boil. Cook, stirring occasionally until the cranberries begin to soften, about 5 minutes.

Once the cranberries are softer, use the back of a fork or a potato masher to mash them. Continue cooking until the sauce has thickened.

Transfer sauce to an airtight container or jar and refrigerate until chilled. Serve cold or room temperature with Thanksgiving turkey!
