Blend the oats for 60 seconds in a blender, or until they form a flour. Add in the rest of the dry ingredients and blend to combine.

Mix the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.

Transfer the dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients.

Allow the batter to sit for 10 minutes and stir occasionally.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a oiled skillet or griddle and sprinkle with fresh blueberries. Cook 1-3 minutes per side, until cooked through.
