Add all of the ingredients for the power balls to a food processor.

Process until a thick cookie dough-like consistency forms. You may need to stop the food processor several times to scrape the sides. Add in the chocolate chips

Mix in the chocolate chips. If need be, add a few tablespoons of water until the mixture presses together easily.
