Transfer the oats to a blender and blend until a flour forms.

Mix the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl, then add in the oat flour, baking powder, and sea salt.

Stir in the orange zest and dried cranberries until all of the ingredients are well combined.

Pour the muffin batter into a muffin tray and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
