Microwave the butter and chocolate chips together in a bowl for 20-second intervals, until melted.

Add the eggs and sugar to a stand mixer with a whisk attachment and beat for 5 minutes, until fluffy.

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. A brownie batter will form and will be thinner than cookie dough.

Use a spoon or a cookie scoop to scoop the dough onto a baking dish. Bake at 350 for 9 minutes.
