Add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl and stir well.

Add in the wet ingredients (cottage cheese, milk, and pure maple syrup).

Stir well until everything is combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, give the oats a big stir and taste them for flavor. Add more milk or sweetener to your personal taste. Top with fresh fruit, honey, granola, nut butter, etc.
