Cream together the butter and sugar then add in the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until the wet ingredients are combined.

Mix in the flour, baking powder and sea salt, then add in the Greek yogurt and mix until a smooth batter forms.

In a small bowl, stir together the cinnamon, sugar, and walnuts for the topping. Pour half of this mixture into the batter and fold in.

Transfer the coffee cake batter to a muffin tin and top with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
