Chop the head of cauliflower into florets and transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Add in the oil, nutritional yeast and seasonings and toss well until everything is combined.

Spread the cauliflower in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake at 415 for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring once half-way through.
