OATMEAL BLUEBERRY PROTEIN BREAD

Blend the oats in a blender until a flour forms. Add in the protein powder, cinnamon, and salt and blend for another few seconds to combine.

Mix the wet ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

Add in the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms. Toss the blueberries in flour, then mix them into the batter.

Transfer batter to a loaf pan and bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes, until baked through.
