BIG FILLING DETOX WINTER SALAD RECIPE

Add all of the ingredients for the dressing to a small blender or bowl and blend until completely combined.

Chop the sweet potato into chunks, drizzle with oil, and roast at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, shaking the tray halfway through. Allow sweet potatoes to cool.

Transfer all of the salad ingredients to a large bowl and pour in all of the dressing.

Toss the salad until everything is well-coated in dressing. Serve salad in huge bowls, and enjoy!
