Sauté the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery in a large pot.

Transfer the chicken breasts to the pot along with the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a full boil and cook for 15 minutes.

Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and shred using two forks.

Temper egg yolks and add the shredded chicken end egg yolks to the soup. Bring to a full boil and cook 15 minutes.
