Cream together the butter and sugar in a stand mixer. Add the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time and beat them in.

In a separate bowl, combined the dry ingredients. Transfer the dry ingredients to the mixer with the wet ingredients.

Mix until a thick and sticky dough forms. Refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes.
