Mix the sauce ingredients together in a measuring cup or small bowl.

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet then add the chopped chicken. Brown the chicken for a few minutes, then add the garlic.

Pour the honey garlic sesame sauce into the skillet with the chicken and bring the mixture to a full but controlled boil.

Cook, stirring occasionally until most of the liquid has evaporated. Serve with rice and veggies!
