Besides this Indian Chickpea Stew being incredibly worthy of sharing with the universe, I have a fun tidbit of information for you!ย  I am contributing to Food Fanatic, which is a woooonderful site that incorporates recipes from bloggers. Each blogger has a specialty they share on the site, and my specialty is vegetarian.

Make no mistake, I eat the meat. On the reg. But I do prepare a grand olโ€™ amount of vegetarian dishes each and every week. I take them to work, have them as side dishes and simply enjoy having veggie recipe leftovers as healthful meals or snacks.
