What are your plans for the weekend and the 4th? I’m thinking not many of you will be meal prepping if you’re leaving town to celebrate the holiday, but for those of you, who, like me are staying in the vicinity of your home base, it’s nice to still prepare food for the week to avoid getting sucked into eating out when it isn’t necessary.

I’ll be trail running and playing up at Lake Tahoe this weekend (only a 45 minute drive), hanging with friends and family for the 4th. Whatever you end up doing, have a relaxing and safe holiday!
