A downside to cauliflower that can easily be turned into an upside, is it has a very subtle flavor.

For me, this easy Air Fryer Curry Cauliflower recipe is one of those no-brainer side dishes that everyone can enjoy.

Letโ€™s discuss the fresh ingredients needed to make this vibrant curry cauliflower recipe.

Ingredients for Air Fryer Curry Cauliflower:

Fresh Cauliflower: A fresh head of cauliflower is the star of the show. This recipe feeds two to four people, depending on how much vegetation you consume. Feel free to double the recipe using two heads of cauliflower to serve more individuals.

Avocado Oil: A splash of avocado oil protects the cauliflower from burning during the air frying process, ensures it cooks evenly, and also helps contribute to the flavor and delicious outer crisp. If you prefer using extra virgin olive oil, feel free to make the switch.

Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce: Bringing umami flavor and savory flavor to the cauliflower, liquid aminos or soy sauce is a big ticket item in leveling up the deliciousness of this dish. Use coconut aminos for a soy-free option that is paleo friendly.

Curry Powder: The supporting actor! Yellow curry powder is what contributes the curry flavor to the cauliflower and makes it so inviting. Swap it for ground turmeric, Cajun seasoning, red chili powder, or any other spice blend or seasoning blend you prefer.

Sriracha: Red chili sauce, or sriracha gives this simple cauliflower recipe a little kick to round out the flavor palate. Donโ€™t worry, the amount listed in the recipe card does not result in overly spicy cauliflower.

In fact, the spice isnโ€™t very perceptible but the flavor brings a nice nuance. Increase the amount of sriracha if you want more spicy flavor.ย

Garlic Powder: Because garlic powder makes everything taste bigger and bolder, we throw some in. Why not? If you have onion powder on hand and want to bring it out to play, feel free to do so.

Salt and Black Pepper: Add salt and black pepper to your personal taste. Remember, the liquid aminos (or soy sauce) already has a decent salt content, so try the cauliflower before going wild with adding salt.

Now that we have the simple ingredients list down, lets make this easy air fryer cauliflower recipe!

How Long To Air Fry Cauliflower:

The exact cooking time depends on how crispy you like your cauliflower and the size of the cauliflower florets.
