Remove salmon from its packaging and pat it dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, and onion powder.

In a small saucepan, heat the coconut milk and pesto sauce just until combined.

Sear the salmon over high heat in a skillet for 4-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
