EASY BEEF STEW RECIPE MADE ON THE STOVE TOP

Sauté the onion in a large pot, then brown the meat and garlic. Sprinkle in all-purpose flour or GF AP flour to be used as a thickener.

Add in the remaining chopped veggies, broth, and dried herbs.

Cover the pot, bring the stew to a full boil, then reduce the heat and cook at a gentle boil for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Season the stew to taste with sea salt and black pepper. Serve in big bowls with bread and enjoy!
