BAKED JAMAICAN JERK CHICKEN RECIPE

Add the ingredients for the jerk marinade to a small blender and blend until combined.

Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour. Transfer marinated chicken with the marinade to a large casserole dish.

Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees F. Baste the chicken using the juices from the pan.
