Add all of the ingredients for the stir fry sauce to a small blender and blend until combined. Set aside until ready to use.

Sauté the onion in a large skillet, then add the chopped chicken and garlic and brown for a few minutes.

Add in the chopped broccoli and bell pepper, pour in the sauce, and bring mixture to a full boil.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until broccoli has reached your desired doneness. Serve over brown rice, white rice, or cauliflower rice.
