CROCK POT CARNITAS TACOS RECIPE

This easy Crock Pot Carnitas recipe takes traditional carnitas ingredients and slow cooks them to perfection for tender shredded meat. Use it to make carnitas tacos, enchiladas, tostadas, burrito bowls, and more!

Cut the pork roast into large chunks then season both sides with salt and seasoning blend.

Sauté the onion and garlic and add them to the bottom of the slow cooker. Sear the pork in a skillet and place in slow cooker with orange juice and lime juice.

Slow cook on low heat for 8-10 hours. Remove the chunks of pork from the crock pot and shred them using two forks.

Transfer the shredded pork back into the slow cooker with the juices until ready to serve. Serve with warm tortillas, cilantro and chopped onion.
