PROTEIN BANANA MUFFINS RECIPE

These Banana Protein Muffins include 10 grams of protein per muffin and are made with whole grain oats instead of flour for a balanced treat! Perfectly sweet and lower in fat than standard muffins for a healthy breakfast or snack.

Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl, then mix in the eggs, egg whites, and yogurt.

Blend the oats in a blender then add them to the mixing bowl with the protein powder, sweetener, baking powder and sea salt.

Mix well until the batter is combined and smooth. Mix in the chocolate chips.

Fill the muffin holes with muffin batter and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
