Cook the rice according to package instructions (or use leftover cooked rice). While the rice is cooking, prepare the rest of the recipe.

Transfer the milk, eggs, half of the cheese, mayo, mustard, and tuna to a large mixing bowl and stir together.

Stir the rice into the tuna mixture.

Spread the tuna mixture into a 9-inch casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
