NO-BAKE ALMOND BUTTER CUPS

No-Bake Oatmeal Almond Butter Cups that are made with only 6 wholesome ingredients for a healthier treat. Lower in sugar than store-bought peanut butter cups and infused with oats for a real good time!

INGREDIENTS

- almond butter or peanut butter - pure maple syrup or honey - oats - chocolate chips - coconut oil

Add all of the ingredients for the almond butter layer to a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the almond butter mixture to a muffin tray, pressing the mixture firmly into each hole to create an even layer.

Heat the chocolate chips and coconut oil (or butter) in a mixing bowl for 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.

Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of the melted chocolate in each muffin cup. Freeze for 1 hour, or until set up.
