OATMEAL BLUEBERRY PROTEIN MUFFINS

These Blueberry Protein Muffins include 14 grams of protein per muffin and are bursting with lemon blueberry flavors. The ideal high-protein snack or breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

- oats - fresh blueberries - eggs and egg whites - granulated sweetener of choice - Greek yogurt - protein powder - baking powder - lemon zest

Add the oats to a blender and blend into a flour. Add the remaining dry ingredients to the blender and blend to combine.

Mix together the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl, then add the dry mixture. Mix well until a smooth batter results.

Toss the blueberries in a couple teaspoons of flour, then stir them into the muffin batter.

Fill the muffin holes up all the way with muffin batter then bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Allow them to cool before eating.
