THAI BEEF CURRY RECIPE

Cut the steak into thin strips and brown them in a skillet until golden brown. Transfer the beef to a plate and set aside.

Sauté the vegetables in the skillet until they begin to soften.

Mix in the coconut milk and curry powder and bring the curry to a full boil. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until veggies reach your preferred doneness.
