Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until creamy.

Mix in the remaining wet ingredients (almond butter or peanut butter, milk, eggs, pure maple syrup).

Add in the oats, cinnamon, and sea salt and mix well. If you'd like, mix in some chocolate chips.

Transfer the oatmeal mixture to a muffin pan and bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes. Allow the muffins to cool completely before eating.
