Blend the oats in a blender until a flour forms. Add in the remaining dry ingredients and blend to combine.

Combine the eggs, pure maple syrup, oil and zucchini in a mixing bowl and mix well.

Transfer the dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix to combine.

Mix in the chocolate chips.

Transfer the zucchini bread batter to a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour covered in foil.
