Well, looks like we can package up 2013 in a neat little box, put it in the attic, and make room for 2014!
If we were to wrap up The Roasted Rootโs most popular recipes from 2013, the list would look somethingโฆerrโฆexactly like this:
Gluten Free Rice Flour Banana Pancakes
Butternut Squash and Chickpea Chili
Roasted Sweet Potato Soupย with Quinoa
Crock Pot Butternut Squash and Parsnip Soup
Vegetable Stir Fry with Thai Peanut Sauce
Lemon Poppy Seed Coconut Flour Pancakesย
To new memories, wonderful friends & family, great food, and of course: to better bad decisions. Sayonara, 2013!
this list looks great!!! seems pretty pancake and soup heavy though:) i’ll definitely be having a look at some of these recipes
Breathtaking! I always leave visits to your blog feeling as my eyes have eaten and my stomach is now hungry! Not a bad problem to have. Your work never disappoints Julia!
Pudding and pancakes and parsnips! Pinned some for later, and here’s to another fruitful year of homemade delish!
Lovely roundup girl! Happy New Year. Cheers from Oregon! XOXOXOXO
Awesome round recipes! How on earth did I miss that chocolate beet cake?! That is going to be one of the first things I bake in the new year. I also want to give a shout out to the salmon with carrot ginger relish….it is amazing, and makes a regular appearance in our dinner line up. Happy New Year, my dear!!
Had to pin some of these. Great round up. The sweet potato soup is first on my list of “to makes.” Happy 2014!
And a Happy New Year to you, too, my dear! I’ve been meaning to write you (still plan on doing that), but keep running out of steam. I hope that 2014 is your best yet, and you get to do a lot of traveling ;). Maybe if you make it over this way, you’ll be part of Stephie’s Year in Instagram for next year. Getting to know you has been one of the best parts of 2013! Now, I’m going to go make some pancakes and raise my fork in toast to 2014 and you! xoxo
