A healthy vegetarian meal plan complete with a printable grocery list. Start the New Year with some delicious, nutritious meals to enjoy throughout the week.

Happy Almost New Year! What are your NYE plans?

We’re up in Oregon for G’s brother’s wedding, so we have a lot to celebrate! Whatever you all do, have fun and stay safe!

If you’re ringing in the new year with new habits, are thinking of adding a little organization to your weekly routine, and/or are wanting to cook more at home, these meal plans are a most excellent habit to pick up. Often, when we think of making changes in our lives, we think of omissions, when the very idea of adding rather than subtracting can be so powerful and positive. I can’t think of a better way of adding nutrients to your diet, saving money, becoming more suave in the kitchen than doing some weekly meal prep. Plus, I find cooking to be theraputic, so these meal plans are cheaper than therapy ๐Ÿ˜‰ You’re welcome.

Thank you for another amazing year here on The Roasted Root! I’m here to stay and I’d love nothing more than to be here with you, so let’s make 2018 the best year yet!

Cheers! xo
