What are you up to this weekend? The boyfriend and I are heading out of town to visit his family in the Sierra Nevada Foothills.ย Spoiler alert: we’re havingย an adult Easter egg hunt on Sunday…and if you know me at all, you know I LOVE locating pastel colored gems with little treats inside. I’m in charge of bringing dessert to our brunch, so I’ll be making that Paleo Carrot Cake I showed you the other day. I’m excited to get away, if only for a couple days.
On this week’s menu: we have Buddha Bowls, Avocado Egg Salad (hint!: use leftover hard boiled eggs from Easter for this salad!)
